Aaron V. Christiansen
Mr. Christiansen graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1999. He began his career as a Process Engineer at Procter & Gamble, quickly progressing into management roles over a five-year period. In 2008, Mr. Christianson joined Unilever, where he served as Engineering Manager for Personal Care Liquids, North America and was promoted in 2011 to Engineering Manager for Personal Care Americas. By 2013, Mr. Christiansen was appointed to Manufacturing Manager at Unilever’s Jefferson City Plant. In 2015, Mr. Christiansen joined Oil-Dri as Vice President of Manufacturing – Consumer Packaged Goods. In 2019, Mr. Christiansen advanced to the role of Vice President of Manufacturing, where he led the Company’s North American manufacturing operations, managing over 600 teammates, and driving major improvements in safety, quality, service, and engineering across multiple divisions. Mr. Christiansen was promoted in 2022 to the position of Vice President of Operations, where he current leads the Company’s manufacturing operations, global supply chain, and logistics. Mr. Christiansen has been instrumental in driving significant improvements in service, cost efficiency, and cash performance across a diverse portfolio of products. His leadership is central to advancing Oil-Dri’s operational transformation through the adoption of innovative technologies and strategic initiatives.
