Anthony W. Parker
Mr. Parker received his bachelor’s degree in political science and history from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2008 and earned his J.D. from Northern Illinois University College of Law in 2013. He began his legal career as an Associate Attorney at two law firms in Chicago specializing in complex litigation matters for corporate clients. During his time in private practice, Mr. Parker participated in numerous trials nationwide in both federal and state court. In June 2018, he joined Oil-Dri Corporation of America as Assistant General Counsel. He was promoted to Vice President, Legal in November 2023 and, in December 2024, became Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary. Through his prior experience in private practice and his tenure at Oil-Dri, Mr. Parker has developed broad expertise in corporate governance, budgeting, team management, securities, litigation, intellectual property, employment, regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, transportation, and other general business matters. In his current role, Mr. Parker oversees the Company’s legal and regulatory affairs and provides strategic counsel to its executives and Board of Directors on a broad range of legal, regulatory, and business matters. Mr. Parker also serves as a Board Member of the Sorptive Minerals Institute.
