The virtual 2022 Annual Meeting platform is fully supported across browsers (Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari) and devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, and cell phones) running the most updated version of applicable software and plugins.
Additional Details:
The 2022 Annual Meeting will begin promptly at 9:30 a.m. CT. Online access will begin at 9:15 a.m. CT. We encourage you to access the meeting 5-15 minutes prior to the start time, to allow plenty of time to log in. Attendees should hear streaming audio prior to the start of the meeting.
Stockholders:
To attend and participate in the 2022 Annual Meeting, you will need the 16-digit control number included on your Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials, proxy card, or voting instruction form.
Guests:
If you do not have a 16-digit control number, you may still attend the meeting as a guest in “listen-only” mode. To attend as a guest, enter the information requested on the screen to register. Please note that you will not have the ability to ask questions, vote, or examine the list of stockholders during the meeting.
Stockholders should ensure that they have a strong internet connection if they intend to attend and/or participate in the 2022 Annual Meeting.
